Eeek! Shrieked the south horrified by the north’s ferocious ways

Rapidly Yankees filled the streets of Atlanta with confidence and valor

Meanwhile southern eyes reflected panic and dismay

Atlanta streets cry with rivers of tears at the destruction of what once was there home
